Refund policy

Robio FIT provides digital content through robio-fit.com. Purchased materials are delivered manually by email to the email address provided at checkout. No physical items are shipped.

Delivery

After your payment has been confirmed, we manually send your purchased materials within the delivery timeframe stated on the website or in your order confirmation.

Please ensure that your email address is correct and check your spam or junk folder. If you have not received your materials within the stated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange delivery.

Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

You may request cancellation and a full refund before we begin supplying your digital content.

If you request delivery before the applicable withdrawal period expires, we will ask for your express consent to begin supplying the digital content and your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins.

Where these conditions have been met and the required confirmation has been provided, refunds are not available for a change of mind after supply has begun.

If you have not provided this consent and acknowledgement, any applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Problems with Your Purchase

If you receive the wrong materials, cannot open or access the files, or believe the content does not match its description, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, resend the materials, provide corrected files or otherwise resolve the problem at no additional cost.

If the issue cannot be resolved, or applicable law entitles you to another remedy, we will provide an appropriate price reduction or refund as required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, within the timeframe required by applicable law. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
